Program Background & Overview
The 8th Element was born out of my own transformative journey. After years of struggling with my weight and health, and exploring various diets and fitness regimes, I discovered the power of a holistic approach. This approach, which revolutionized my health and led me to become a silver medalist in the 2018 National Powerlifting Championship, forms the foundation of The 8th Element. My experience, coupled with my academic background in Nutrition & Dietetics and further certifications in Behavior Change Psychology and stress management, has been instrumental in shaping the program.

About Me.
My journey into health coaching is deeply personal and rooted in my own transformation. From grappling with weight and health challenges to becoming a national-level powerlifter, my experiences have shaped my approach to wellness. Armed with an undergraduate degree in Nutrition & Dietetics and advanced certifications in Precision Nutrition, Behavior Change Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery, I bring a well-rounded expertise to my practice.
Over the years, working with scores of women worldwide, I’ve honed my skills to offer personalized, effective coaching.
Outside the coaching realm, my life is enriched with passions that range from music and weightlifting to birdwatching, cinema, and culinary adventures. These interests not only provide me with joy and balance but also keep me connected to the diverse experiences and interests of my clients.
